A simple traffic ticket, or a few traffic ticket can seriously impact your life. For a small number of moving violations, your license can be suspended, preventing you from earning a living or leading a normal life. And that doesn’t even consider the tremendous expense in fines and auto insurance rate increases.
Even more serious are criminal traffic charges, such as DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run), driving on a suspended license, or without insurance, and more.
So as you can see, sometimes even a simple speeding ticket is well worth fighting, if it can impact your livelihood, and ultimately save you money in car insurance surcharges.
And with a criminal traffic charge, it always makes sense to look for every opportunity to fight the charges to prevent ending up with a permanent criminal record that could follow you for the rest of your life.
