Mr. Farmer did not make any life threatening movements toward the gun caring officer,they better not use the excuse he was traumatized by previous incidents !! Does he not have previous incidents of execive force check it out it's not the first time it has been brought up to his attention and also ask why he transferred from the 4 th district back to Englewood!!
