The average person will be unable to afford the BAIID device and installation, probation fees, court fines, lawyer fees, counseling and alcohol education fees. Those convicted dui offenders who are inclined to drive will do so without a the device installed. The device will only inconvenience those drivers who are not likely to drink and drive ever again.
